Welcome to The Cottage!
The newest, cutest venue in Tacoma, WA.
The Cottage, nestled amongst the trees, provides a quaint, intimate atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy. Designed as an intimate, affordable venue for small gatherings, events, and micro weddings, The Cottage is 1150 sq. ft. with a covered wrap-around porch. The vast front lawn provides ample space for you to customize the layout for your event activities. Our venue comfortably fits up to 30 of your special guests indoors and up to 50 combined, indoors and outdoors with free parking for a maximum of 20 vehicles.
We are just minutes from both city centers of Tacoma and Puyallup in the neighboring Summit/ Waller area providing easy access for your guests traveling from out of town.
We want to help you bring your event vision to life while keeping it budget friendly. We welcome you to use outside vendors, use the full-sized warming kitchen, set up the venue space to your liking, and enjoy.

The venue is beautiful, cozy and perfect. Setting up the event rental was so easy, the staff were great. Small and intimate, would recommend to anyone hosting an event for up to 50 people!

We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found The Cottage for our event. The location, size, and beautiful large kitchen were perfect for our needs. Being able to have the site for the whole day took away from the stress of decorating and bringing in food, while it also gave us extra time with our family and friends. Did I mention Sam and Maggie were gracious hosts and available at a moments notice? Thank you both!
