If you are looking for a place to hold an event, you must consider The Cottage. Last year my family held my 80th birthday celebration there and this last Sunday we had a celebration of life for my sister. Everyone was impressed by the Cottage. It is spacious and has a yard for kids to play.

A beautiful venue, thoughtful hosts, and convenient parking made The Cottage absolutely perfect for our event. The kitchen was beautiful and had a convenient side door for my caterer. The porch is big enough to dance on! Thank you Sam for having such a beautiful and affordable space for the community! I would absolutely recommend The Cottage for any small gathering or event.

Such a wonderful place. It was perfect for our wedding, was amazed how much room there really was. The manager was so great and was available whenever we had any questions. Highly recommend the Cottage house for your event!!!

The venue is beautiful, cozy and perfect. Setting up the event rental was so easy, the staff were great. Small and intimate, would recommend to anyone hosting an event for up to 50 people!
